We were there this morning (New Year's Eve 2020) and enjoyed the delicious waffles, coffee and cocoa - everything to go. We would love to come back

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff (individual table decorations ?)!

Very cozy, especially with the crackling wood in the oven, you will be warmed through in this filthy weather. Corona-related ventilation is good and long, exemplary! Eat cheap and tasty, but ready-made schnitzel or fried potatoes, but still tasty.

Friendly service, drinks okay, food (Jägerschnitzel, what should that be ?, some form of meat that didn't taste good, no mushrooms, just tomato sauce) a disaster !!!

Fine eaten for a low price. Super nice that our daughter got a modified version of the daily menu without asking.

Even in good weather not too crowded and the order was quickly prepared, plates were filled and the children were fed up. To snack and linger wonderfully

Great French fries, a little too salty. Prices not cheap but ok. Toilets ok. Very friendly and accommodating! All in all a good bite to eat.

Nice new operator. Well suited for a stop while hiking or mountain biking. Great view.

The pension is clean and the breakfast ok. The bathrooms are very small and the lighting in the rooms could also be better. The beds are good mediocrity.

When it storms, when it snows, when it rains ... or the sun shines ... definitely take a break in the Matthiasbaude‼ ️There are particularly good coffee specialties and the Kaiserschmarren is sooo delicious ?. We'll be back‼ ️

A nice place right in the MSB-X TRAIL to sit with friends with good food & drink, very friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere round off the visit to the chalet located on Matthias-Schmidt-Berg. From here you have a direct view of the old mining town of St. Andreasberg in the middle of beautiful nature
